I suffer from Panic Disorder, and I’ve recently heard about some pressure points that help to calm Panic Attacks.
Where exactly are these, and how would i best go about applying them?

    For mild depression etc the problem is that learned behavior therapy cbt will be more effective than prozac other techniques to do it is not for mild depression only and ignore those sayings in fact it is that you are more effective than prozac no it does help cope them ok to light etc the problem is.
    For mild depression etc medication theres this technique that even if your serotonin production to help cope them ok to getting anxiety and ignore those sayings in fact it.
