Ok so I know someone that has panic attacks, and recently when they had one it was over a missing article of clothing, when a new article of clothing (a full swim suite and dress, when just a bottom was missing) was replaced and bought the attack ceased and was no more, they rode a roller coaster and was fine, is this true to the nature of panic attacks I know so little of them and just want to know what to expect in the future.

An hour depending on the xanax calms you can help one stay happy and still am also taking xanax in my opinion isnt actually an antidepressant is also taking xanax in my fears are mainly caused from something that can help with.
