alabama2fl asked:

I’ve had them ever since I was little and I’ve been on medicine for them for 12 years so far, but they still occur… any suggestions?

I wish I could help you. I am battling them myself. Good Luck. You may be like me and have to learn to compensate for them.

I am having one right now and am looking at Yahoo to try to divert myself.
Usually there is some small stressor. I had a minor row with a friend yesterday but in my mind it is now so big, I can’t breathe, feel sick, and want to cancel my holiday!!!
I can’t seem to find a cure. tried Valium and therapy!!!!

    sudden feeling of uncertainity.
    getting scared.
    afraid of someone.
    closed space.
    being backed into corner.
notice a car keeps following you.
    not knowing answer if asked.
list could go on and on. I have it to.BUT
if you sit and think could it not mostly be
    from us just being paranoid.
