hi there, i have been suffering from a panic disorder for several years.
i am medicated for it, but you dont always have to be.
try something herbal for sure.
i found that i would get mine around the same time each evening because i expected them to come, and well they did of course.
deep breathing is very good and important.
also remember, that it WILL go away.
its very scary to be having one though, always remember that they wont last longer then usually 20 minutes.
go to the bathroom, it can help with the tummy upsets.
the more you think about it and get more worked up the worse it can get.
natural is definately the way to go for now,
also eat properly, get good excersise, and take vitamins, there are alot that are good for panic.
go into a herbal store.
relax in a bath take a hot shower,
good luck
i know how annoying and scary they can be
