    i get these when im high and i get a bad thought, i noticed just sitting down and breathing alot helps, but if you walk or move alot it make it worse, atleast for me

    i get them when im high
    but not all the time, it feels like i died cuz of the rapid heartbeat but then i bite myself and i dont feel it so i start freaking out more

    My second day and use it tomorrow fingers crossed.

    Hi! I have used a similar tech., and it is a good one. There are many things you can do to focus away from panic and stress. My program is full of practical things that you can think, say and do that are very effective and self-supportive.
