I have been having panic and anxiety attacks since quite some time, usually related with me thinking my heart is pumping too hard. I would like to overcome this, and have decided to start sports. How do I ease into it, so I do not overexert myself and crash back into an anxiety attack.

    I know that PanicAway helped my friend, but I’m not sure it is right for everybody.

    It’s good that you’re not letting panic attacks control you. You should take it easy. Actually consult a doctor first to make sure it’s okay. There are ways to beat panic attacks and live a normal life. Hope you find the link useful.
