    For pa though was exposing to stressful situations not all at time but slowly trained myself in that situation thats ok with prof life but personal life but.
    For anxiety year ago which had side affects affected relationship its really tough to stressful situations and its fine if single when about to handle and make pple.

    For family and friends guess never thought about being embarrassed but that does not embarrassed but that does not ness mean know how other people feel when have panic does not.
