Oyster asked:

When people confront me for some reason or another, I tend to get some sort of panic attack thing. And a lot of the time its about stupid stuff that’s not worth worrying about. Like my friend asked me today why i never talk to her anymore an she said that she always makes the effort an i dont wanna know. This is just an example, I dont want help with it. an then my chest got all tight like i was gonna have a panic attack… Also, if people talk about me at all or if i think they are, i tend to have a panic attack. I just want to stop them happening because they’re really not nice. An please dont tell me to go on pills cos i’ve been on them for a while and i don’t want to have to take tablets for the rest of my life.

Sorry if this turned out a bit long… Please help me.
I’ve seen a doctor… and all they did was give me pills. But I don’t wanna be on pills anymore
