How do I stop my panic attacks?

I am suffering from severe anxiety and I dont know what to do. Every second of my life I feel as if someone is watching me. I am constantly thinking all the time, whether it be what people are thinking of me, or just general stuff. I get severe headaches everyday. It feels like I never get enough sleep. I have two to three panic attacks every week. I start to shake and then i breathe heavy and then my heart beats so fast that my body stops breathing for about a minute or so. My hands and extremities become numb. After my panic attack I have trouble trying to speak and walk for about two minutes. I know I have a problem but I do not want to be put on meds. Is there any natural way to get rid of this problem? What should I do?
