I have been having a lot of panic attacks recently, and they won’t stop. I have exams at the moment, finishing Monday, and have had six attacks in 3 weeks. I hate that you’re going through this. It’s an awful way to feel. I think you’re right to keep exercising. Other than an rx you can also try to plan to have enough sleep which seemed to help me when i was going through that. I hope you feel better soon!
I used to get really bad vertigo and dizziness sometimes when I had panic attacks, but i dont get them so often anymore. When I got them alot more frequently I would go outside by myself and smoke a cigarette. It never worked if I stayed inside, I dont know why. And I also dont reccomend smoking, but sometimes you do what you have to.
