It is sometimes difficult to differentiate between anxiety sensations and side effects of medications; I have experienced this dilema first hand. What I can say is that regardless of their cause, these symptoms are harmless and you should focus on a practical programme of anxiety elimination instead of always focusing on how you feel. I know it’s hard, I have been there too. Charles

This is a very common ‘what if’ thought process in anxiety disorder. If you eliminate your inappropriate anxiety, you won’t focus on these ‘fear of consequences’ thoughts. Charles

People of any age can experience high anxiety… it isn’t just an adult ‘thing’. We all react to stress differently and we are all genetically different. Charles

Very normal. Many people experience night time and sleep anxiety and panic attacks. You MUST take care of your diet though Jules, much night time (and daytime) anxiety can be made worse by poor nutrition and fluctuating blood sugar levels!!
