I am experiencing panic attacks and anxiety for the first time and I am quite scared. I have been to my GP and she offered me some anti-depressant medication which I do not wish to take. I am hoping someone out there has found a natural way to lessen anxiety.

Scuba Certification – How to avoid having a panic attack?
Filed Under Stop Panic Attack | 4 Comments
I decided to take a scuba class and get certified to surprise my husband, he has always tried to get me to do it, but I wouldn’t cause I worried about feeling claustrophobic and having a panic attack or anxiety. I tried the mask on and put my face under the water in the tub and ended up having a panic attack just doing that. Sheesh I want to get past this and be able to do this with my hubby….any suggestions?

Ok so I know someone that has panic attacks, and recently when they had one it was over a missing article of clothing, when a new article of clothing (a full swim suite and dress, when just a bottom was missing) was replaced and bought the attack ceased and was no more, they rode a roller coaster and was fine, is this true to the nature of panic attacks I know so little of them and just want to know what to expect in the future.
