How to control your emotions and feelings? Here are three simple steps:
The First Step: Detection
Before you can change your mood, you must be absolutely aware of how do you feel at the moment. If you feed bad, it doesn’t matter, just accept and recognize it, allow this feeling to coming through your body. For example ask yourself questions like, ‘Are you aware of what causes your anxiety? Have you considered what may cause your bodyweight to go up and down? Would you drop some weight when you are very happy and gain body fat when you are depressed, or the other way around? Which kind of relationships would you feel great in, which lead to troubles? Have you got good business connections but issues with your family members?’ When you’re conscious of what thinking pattern are affecting your whole body, and reconise it, then you have the possibility to make the decision.Recognition paves the way for your power to choose and make the decision.
Step Two. Decision:
Decision can be a highly-effective tool for you, and you are able to decide to act or react.at any time.
Do you know enough about your emotional responses? Will you choose to feel guilty or happy when you do not get the job done when they are due? If you find yourself really stressed out , will you choose to grab some food or go out for a walk in order to clear your mind? If you are angry will you choose to express your feeling freely or keep it to yourself and explode in the future? Be aware of the way you respond in some circumstances. Next time decide to choose in a different way. Getting rid of old habits and accept other choices will give you more control over your feelings.Decision will give you the ablility to be a master of your own emotions.
Step Three. Deletion:
Understanding how to get rid of programming, conditioning, habits, old thinking patterns and beliefs will give you more control over your quality of life. On the one hand, a few psychological habits and patterns are helpful to us. They are like our trustworthy old buddies, providing us with the energy that we need, guarding us, offering us very creative ideas and suggestions. Some emotional patterns, on the other hand can be like some of your very close friends who you have hung out with for so long, they may be easy and comfortable to get along with yet these people are in fact harmful to you, and they actually cause you to lose power. It’s these types of negative psychological patterns that, once you understand how to release and delete, you will then be able to let go of all the bad emotional energy and will be able to make it to vitalize whichever part of your life you decide to change.
These three basic steps combined will give you the ability and resources to control your emotions and feelings.
