Anxiety is a habit

It’s impossible to fight anxiety, you will never win the fight because it is the nature of anxiety. I think the best way to elimate anxiety is to replace it with new thinking habits instead of just fight it.

If you want to get out of the ‘anxiety trap’ that you fell into, you have to develop new thinking patterns which are  stored  as neurons in your brain.  Stress and anxiety in fact  is a habit, manipulated by the unconscious mind but capable of responding to outside stimuli.
Getting rid of the ‘anxiety habit’ is just like getting rid of some other bad habits. Control yourself, and avoid doing it for enough time and the bad habit will disappear.
