Is it possible for someone blood pressure to rise from 150/95 to 196/124 during a panic attack?

when your heart feels really mad and you can’t breathe properly, you feel lightheaded and can’t focus. I think I also hyperventilated and nearly passed out.

what do you do to calm down/avoid
I went outside for a smoke, but I’m guessing this isn’t standard medical advice.
