Thursday night I started shaking really bad, my head was bobbing, and my teeth were grinding aginst each other like I was chewing gum or something but I wasn’t chewing gum or making my teeth do this on purpose. I got really scared. Was this a panic attack? Is there medicine I can go to my family pediactrics doctor to prevent this from happening again? This was really scary for me.
