I’ve been going to therapy for almost five years now. I try to tell myself that nothing bad is going to happen to me but I just end up panicking more. I’ve also tried some abdominal breathing techniques. Any other suggestions?
Thank you for your answers. Sometimes I feel like I’m the only one suffering from this but it’s really reassuring to know that others have gone through this as well.
