heres the story with what happened:
yesterday around 10 at night my friend and i were driving to get something to eat and then we were going to go to walmart, but first we parked in the very back of the parking lot to eat our food before we went in and we were in the back so not many people were around. well all of the sudden this older black guy comes staring dead at me and walking straight towards my car, right when i turn my head back up he is right by my car tapping on the window and then he tries to open the door and i quickly lock it. then he goes for the back door and so i lock all my doors and then he starts making a fist with his hands and has this reallyyy scary face expression that scared the crap out of me. he was literally trying to get us out of the car and so i quickly turn my car on and slam on the gas and get out of the parking lot and then he gets in his car and we thought he was following us. but we ended up making it home fine and everything, but it scared me soo bad. i started having a panic attack. (we are 17 btw) i drove earlier today to run a few errands and when i parked in cvs i saw a guy just walking to his truck that was parking beside mine and i started panicking. i dont know what to do now, i mean its over and everything but it scared me so bad im having panic attacks, and when i have them i feel like im going to pass out. please help me..

now i had another panic attack today driving and its really starting to get to me, and i cant get them to stop from happening no matter what i do?

For spring break I have decided to drive to California from Colorado with my friends because I don’t want to be crippled like this anymore. However, we will be very far from home or a hospital as we drive through Arizona. If I have a panic attack, what is the best way to stop it? Breathing usually doesn’t help nor do my medications. Any tips?
