He hasn’t had any problems since I met him (4 months now), but in the past he has suffered a lot due to anxiety, and he still takes medicine for that. He’s going through a lot of life changes now (grad school, new house, etc…) and even though I think he’ll be just fine, he warned me he might get anxious, or have an anxiety/panic attack.
In case he does, what should I do?
thanks!

I have been having panic and anxiety attacks since quite some time, usually related with me thinking my heart is pumping too hard. I would like to overcome this, and have decided to start sports. How do I ease into it, so I do not overexert myself and crash back into an anxiety attack.

I love the adrenaline rush that came with my last panic attack. It felt amazing like a release of all the stresses in the world.

How do I do this again? I really want to, no kidding.
=) That did make me laugh.

but I really do want to have another panic attack. God they feel amazing, longer than orgies and just as good.

For a school project i need a movie with someone having a panic attack. I was thinking of one were the girl is sitting on her balcony and has a panic attack and her guy next door neighbor is sitting on his roof and talks her out of her panic attack by having her name things like the car across the street ect. Does anyone know the name of that movie or of another one that has a good scene of someone having a panic attack?

When I am in an elevator or closed space, I sometimes get a panic attack. I’ll be completely fine on a plane and the suddenly i’ll realize i’m trapped 10 thousand some-odd feet in the air and i’ll get hot, and squirm. sometimes I hyperventiliate and think I’m choking, going to be sick or, think i cant breathe. Does anyone know of any tips to deal with this?
